AI Speedrun Terms
Effective date: October 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 18, 2026
Quick summary. This summary is here to help you. If it differs from the full Terms below, the full Terms control.
- AI Speedrun: $497, one-time. It's an install: (1) a readable Speedrun Blueprint PDF, (2) a Grok Bot install file (a prompt file you run in your own Grok Bot to set up AI agents, connectors and routines), and (3) 10 days of guidance by email. It requires your own SuperGrok subscription, billed by xAI, not included in the price. We never log into your accounts; you authorize every connector yourself.
- Guarantee: Blueprint delivered within 10 days of your completed intake, or a full refund. The 10-day clock starts when your intake is complete (Section 4).
- Short intake. Right after booking you fill out a short intake form. We may email you a few quick questions during the 10 days.
- AI helps draft the blueprint, and that's always disclosed. We don't promise leads, sales, revenue or savings.
1. Who we are, who you are, and how you agree
- "We," "us": Braylo SI, operated by Brandon Lopez, 524 Esplanade #206, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, United States. Contact: braylo.ai@gmail.com. Braylo SI is a business name. It isn't a separate company.
- "You": the business that buys AI Speedrun. AI Speedrun is for businesses only, not for personal, family or household use. The person who checks out confirms that they're at least 18 and are authorized to bind the business.
- How you agree: you accept these Terms when you tick the Terms box at Stripe checkout and pay. Our Privacy Policy (/privacy.html) also applies.
- Email is how we communicate. You agree that we can send you contracts, receipts, notices, your blueprint and reminders by email, to the address you used at checkout or a newer one you give us in writing. Send notices to us at braylo.ai@gmail.com.
2. What you buy
- Price: AI Speedrun costs $497 USD, one-time, and the price is the same for every client. You buy it through our self-serve Stripe checkout link. If any tax applies, it's shown at checkout.
- What it is: an end-to-end automation blueprint for your business. It's a written plan, delivered by email as a document, made from your intake answers. It covers:
- Business map: your services, customers, team and the tools you use now, as you describe them.
- Lead flow: how leads reach you today, and how to capture them and reply to them automatically.
- Sales follow-up: a recommended follow-up sequence and pipeline.
- Ops automations: the repetitive work worth automating first, ranked.
- Ads plan: recommended channels, ad angles and a test structure. It has no spend promises.
- Tool stack and costs: the recommended tools. Any costs are estimates or figures you supplied, not quotes, and prices change.
- 30/60/90-day rollout: what to do first, next and later.
- Next step: how Basic could implement it (Section 5). This is optional.
- What it isn't: AI Speedrun doesn't include our access to your accounts; your SuperGrok subscription or other tool subscriptions; ad setup or ad spend; sending messages to your leads; SMS; custom code; websites; tool subscriptions; or legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
- Questions during the 10 days: after your intake, we may email you a few quick questions to fill gaps. Our questions don't pause or extend the 10-day clock.
- Stalled orders: if your complete intake hasn't arrived within 30 days of booking, we'll email you a reminder. If it still hasn't arrived 14 days after that reminder, we may close the order. If we close it, we refund the full price within 7 days.
3. What you need to do
- Complete the intake (the short online intake form you get right after booking). "Complete" means every required question is answered.
- Be accurate: your answers are the basis of the blueprint. Tell us promptly if something changes.
- Don't send regulated data. No PHI, trust-account or case files, financial account numbers, passwords or login details. We don't need them. If any reaches us by mistake, we delete it and tell you.
- Your decisions: you decide whether and how to implement the blueprint. You're responsible for your own legal duties as a business, including privacy notices, consent on your own forms, licensing, ad claims and your industry's rules.
4. The guarantee
Set up within 10 days of your completed intake, or a full refund.
- When the clock starts: the 10-day clock starts when your intake is complete, meaning every required question is answered. Days are calendar days, counted in Pacific Time.
- What counts as delivered: we email the Blueprint PDF and the install file to your checkout email address and stay available for guidance; "set up" means your install file has been run in your Grok Bot and your agents are prompting you for approvals. If a delay is caused by you not subscribing to SuperGrok or not answering, the clock pauses. The send time in our email log is the record, and we'll share it if you ask.
- Refund: if you're not set up within 10 days, we refund the full price you paid to your original card through Stripe within 7 days of the missed deadline. You can keep the files.
- How to claim: we check this ourselves and refund automatically if we missed. If you think we missed, email braylo.ai@gmail.com with "Speedrun refund" in the subject within 30 days of the missed deadline. We answer within 2 business days, and if the log shows a miss, we refund within 7 days of your email.
- What it covers: this is our only guarantee for AI Speedrun, and it covers setup time only. It doesn't cover leads, bookings, sales, revenue, ad results, savings, time saved or income, or the outcome of implementing the plan.
5. Basic and VIP (optional, later)
- Basic ($2,000/mo): we build, deploy and run your automations and weekly ads, starting from your blueprint. VIP ($7,500/mo) is offered only to clients whose business brings in about $10,000/month or more. Neither is required, and neither is part of the $497. Each is a separate monthly plan with its own written terms, which you'll see and accept before you're billed.
- The new-client number is a target, not a guarantee. Your first 60 days are a baseline with no target. After that, we set a new-client target from your own measured numbers and check it over a 90-day cumulative window, with a $2,000/mo minimum ad spend. If we miss the target, your next month's fee is waived (on VIP, that month is delivered at Basic level). There's no cash refund, and the waiver is capped at 1 free month in any 12 months. It applies only if, for each month in the window, you funded the agreed ad spend, posted (or approved for posting) the ads we delivered, answered your leads (or kept our automatic lead reply on), logged your wins, and kept your account paid up.
6. Your materials and indemnity
- Your materials: you confirm that the information and materials you give us (logos, photos, text, numbers) are accurate to the best of your knowledge and yours to share.
- Your indemnity: you'll defend and cover us against third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your materials, from how you implement the blueprint, or from your breach of these Terms.
- Our indemnity: we'll defend and cover you against third-party claims, fines and reasonable costs that come from (a) our breach of Section 9 (data), or (b) a claim that the blueprint we created infringes someone's intellectual property. Item (b) doesn't apply to your materials, to third-party tools or their output, or to changes made by anyone other than us.
- How it works: the party seeking cover tells the other promptly, lets them control the defense, and cooperates. Neither party settles a claim in a way that admits fault for the other without the other's written OK.
7. Acceptable use
- We won't plan anything unlawful or deceptive. That includes unsolicited or purchased-list messaging, texts or AI-voice calls without the consent the law requires, fake reviews or testimonials, and AI-generated people presented as real customers, employees or endorsers.
- If an order asks for that, we can decline or end it and refund the full price.
8. AI disclosure and Grok Voice
- AI-assisted blueprint: we draft the blueprint with AI tools, and a person reviews it before delivery. The blueprint says so on its cover. AI output can contain mistakes, so check the plan before relying on it.
- Recommendations about AI: wherever the blueprint recommends automated or AI replies, it also recommends disclosing them as AI, with your business name, postal address and an opt-out line.
-
Grok Voice calls (our own sales calls only): we don't make calls for your business. We use Grok Voice for our own sales calls, with a voice modeled on our founder, Brandon "Braylo" Lopez, and only when a lead asks for a call. That means either the lead calls us, or the lead has given prior express written consent that names Braylo SI and the AI voice. Every call opens with:
"Hi, this is the AI assistant for Braylo SI, operated by Brandon Lopez, calling because you asked for a call. I'm an AI, not a person, and I use a voice modeled on our founder, Braylo. This call isn't recorded. You can say 'stop calling' at any time. Is now still a good time?"
-
Grok Voice rules: the AI never says or implies that it's Braylo or a live person. Calls aren't recorded, transcribed or AI-noted unless every party agrees first. "Stop calling" is honored right away, and each call ends with our callback number.
9. Data and privacy
- No account access: AI Speedrun needs no access to your accounts. Your agents run in your own Grok Bot, and you authorize each connector yourself. We never ask for passwords, logins, or Stripe, Shopify, bank or payment keys.
- Your intake data: we use your intake answers only to make your blueprint and to offer the optional next step in Section 5. We don't sell or share them, except with the tools we use to make the blueprint (under their terms) or where the law requires it.
- AI tools: your intake answers may be processed by the AI tools we use to draft the blueprint. We use tools whose terms allow commercial use, and we don't put regulated data into them (Section 3).
- Security incidents: if a security incident affects your data, we'll tell you without undue delay.
- Deletion: we delete your intake data within 90 days of delivery unless you become a Basic or VIP client or the law requires us to keep it. We keep a copy of your delivered blueprint and the delivery log for up to 4 years as guarantee and dispute records. Billing records are kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Privacy Policy: the details are in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.html.
10. Ownership and license
- What's yours: your content, data and brand stay yours. Once you've paid, you own the blueprint we make specifically for you, and we transfer to you any rights we have in it. Some AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright, so we transfer whatever rights exist.
- What's ours: we keep our know-how, our general prompts, methods, templates and tools, and anything we made before or outside your order. We give you a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the parts built into your blueprint in your own business. You can't resell the blueprint or our template as a standalone product.
- Third-party tools named in the blueprint stay under their own terms and prices.
- Our portfolio: we won't show your blueprint, name or results anywhere without your written consent (Section 11).
11. Case studies and reviews
- We'll only feature you, your results or your name with your written consent. It's optional and never a condition of the price.
- We never ask for a positive review, never pay for or reward reviews, and never publish income claims. If we ever give you anything connected to a case study, we'll disclose it wherever the case study appears.
12. No other promises (disclaimer)
Apart from the Section 4 guarantee, we provide AI Speedrun with reasonable care and skill and otherwise "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The blueprint is a recommendation, not a promise of any result. We don't promise leads, bookings, sales, revenue, ad performance, savings, time saved or income. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and follow-through. Tool costs are estimates and can change.
13. Limitation of liability
- Cap: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to AI Speedrun is capped at the fees you paid us for it (one-time, $497).
- No indirect losses: neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if warned they were possible.
- Exceptions: the cap and the exclusion don't apply to your payment duties, your indemnity in Section 6, fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
14. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
- Refunds: apart from the Section 4 guarantee and the refunds in Sections 2 and 7, the AI Speedrun fee isn't refundable once the blueprint is delivered, except where the law requires.
- Before your intake: you can cancel by email any time before you submit your intake for a full refund within 7 days.
- Contact us before you file a chargeback. Most issues, including Section 4 refunds, are faster through us.
- If you file a dispute, we may share the delivery log, your checkout consent and these Terms with your bank or Stripe. If a dispute is decided in your favor, we won't also refund the same charge under Section 4.
15. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. Email braylo.ai@gmail.com with a short description and what you want, and give us 15 business days to fix it. Neither of us will start a lawsuit during that time, except to stop an urgent harm or keep a deadline from running out.
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Where disputes go: the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. Either of us may instead use small claims court if the claim qualifies. There's no arbitration requirement. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow a contract to waive.
16. Delays beyond control
- Neither of us is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or power or internet failures. The affected party tells the other promptly and resumes as soon as it can. This section doesn't reduce the Section 4 guarantee: if we miss the 10-day delivery for any reason, you get the refund.
17. General
- Changes: we may update these Terms for future purchases and post them here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes don't affect an AI Speedrun you've already bought.
- Relationship: we're an independent contractor. Neither of us is the other's employee, partner or agent.
- Transfer: you can't transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a business that takes over Braylo SI, including a company we form, and we'll email you if we do.
- Whole agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and your checkout and intake choices are the whole agreement for AI Speedrun. They replace earlier statements about it, including earlier versions of AI Speedrun. If these Terms conflict with our landing page, a summary, or our general Terms of Service, these Terms control.
- Translations: if we give you a translated summary (for example in Spanish), the English Terms control.
- Severability and waiver: if any part is unenforceable, it's limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it.
